Saint Saver™ Washer Racks cost $199.00 each plus tax (if applicable) and shipping.

Shipping = $17 for the first Rack and $7 for each additional Rack that is shipped with the first.

1. The quantity of Saint Saver Washer Racks and/or boxes of Broadman brand glass communion cups you wish to order

2. The name of your church and its address and phone number

3. The name of a secondary contact person at the church who is aware of your order, and their phone number and/or email address 

4. A shipping address if your order needs to be shipped to a location different than the church's
